UK workers: are you planning to change jobs this year?

USA credit bureau

More than half of UK workers are planning to change jobs in 2023, a survey conducted by the recruitment company Hays of over 13,400 people in part-time or full time employment suggests.

Respondents cited discontent over their salary and benefits package as their top reason for wanting to find new work, as well as a lack of opportunities, the location of their job, job security and the work itself.

We’re keen to hear from UK workers who are planning to change jobs this year, and why.

Whether you’re motivated to find a new position by the prospect of higher earnings, more flexibility, less stress, better career opportunities or because you no longer enjoy or feel able to do your current type of work, we’d like to hear from you.
